“First of all, I want to give a shoutout to Adrian — I honestly don’t think I’ve ever seen her working with someone else and I’m here every day. She’s usually running the whole place on her own and somehow manages to keep everything flowing. Her customer service is outstanding, she makes me feel welcome and always chats when she has time to. She hustles hard — taking orders, making drinks, doing dishes, stocking her area, all while staying in a good mood, even when she has a line of customers waiting. She also really knows her stuff when it comes to boosters and can point you toward the best smoothies for whatever you’re looking for. About the wait times that I’ve seen people complain about: people need to have a little patience, especially during the lunch rush. This isn’t “fast food” - everything is crafted fresh on the spot when you order, which is why it tastes so good. If there are only 1–2 people working (sometimes even training new staff), of course it might take a little longer. Put yourself in their shoes — they’re juggling timed online orders and in-person customers at the same time, as well as dishes and making sure they have enough ingredients. They are working hard to get everything out as quickly and correctly as possible. Give the staff some grace, they’re doing their best. As for the drinks, they’re consistently excellent. I’ve been coming here for years, and this is easily the best location I’ve been to. The quality is always spot on, and the atmosphere is great — good music, good vibes, and worth the visit every time.”

“I am not sure what it is that I received. I got DoorDash delivery of the Pb&j smoothie. This is my regular smoothie that I have gotten several times at many different emerald city smoothie locations. I added two supplements/boosters to my smoothie which is also a regular thing for me. The smoothie is and always has been bright purple the numerous times I’ve ordered it. The smoothie I received was grey/brown with hints of green. I’m not sure what happened or what this smoothie is but I did not feel comfortable drinking it.”
